FDCW

The Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom (FDCW) is an FPMT international education project specialising in developing secular programmes and resources based on universal human values.
Our programmes are available to help anyone irrespective of their background, culture or faith. Based on Buddhist philosophy and psychology, FDCW programmes offer the opportunity for people to connect on a human level with benefits such as:
  • Cultivating positive qualities which act as your inner resources
  • Feeling confident and equipped to make positive, ethical choices
  • Learning how to calm and focus your mind
  • Improving your ability to cultivate positive relationships

FDCW is a UK registered charity based in London.

The two main programmes we run regularly in the UK are:
